4-7-8 Breathing

One of my favorite deep breathing techniques! 
​Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.
Hold for a count of 7.
Exhale through your mouth for a count of 8.
When you inhale, let your belly expand and when you exhale, let your belly get smaller.
