Meditation & Mindfulness
Mindfulness can have an amazing impact on our mental health, happiness and physical well-being. However, learning to stay present is easier said than done. The brain likes to be anywhere but the present. I also offer guided meditations for individuals and groups, both in person and virtually. |

Trauma-Informed Yoga
Tried traditional talk therapy and need something different? Trauma-informed yoga can be a healing tool for those who have endured trauma and wish to heal emotional manifestations in the body.
Trauma-informed yoga aims to increase body awareness, address nervous system dysregulation and help the client feel grounded and present in their body. Unlike traditional yoga, trauma-informed yoga takes into account the different ways trauma can manifest in the body/mind and builds a healing practice based on these factors.
I offer trauma-informed yoga to individuals and groups. Instruction can be virtual or in-person. Virtual classes are available to anyone living in the United States.
