Welcome! I'm Sara (she/her), a psychotherapist, yoga teacher and meditation facilitator. I offer individual counseling, yoga classes and meditation workshops.
Life is hard and my goal is to help you feel a little more comfortable in your own skin. I help my clients learn to treat themselves with compassion and cultivate more joy in their lives.
Healing is a mind-body process. Trauma and negative thoughts can manifest in our bodies. As a yoga teacher, I help students learn to heal those areas of pain through movement.
I love the work I do and the opportunity to share that work is a privilege. As a meditation facilitator, I teach classes and workshops on meditation and mindfulness.
