Welcome!
What would your life look like if you felt more at ease with yourself? What if the joy you’re seeking wasn’t as far off as it seems?
Hello, I'm Sara FaganHi, I’m Sara (she/her) — a trauma psychotherapist and meditation facilitator with a deep commitment to healing and creative growth. I specialize in trauma recovery, performer and artist wellbeing, anxiety, and support for the LGBTQIA+ community. At the core of my practice is a love for witnessing transformation: being trusted with someone’s story and watching them thrive is extraordinary. My background as an actor continues to shape my curiosity and compassion for the full spectrum of human experience.
I work with adults ready to gently explore and process the impact of trauma, often after years of putting it aside. Many of my clients are artists, empaths, perfectionists, and highly sensitive people. I have a special affinity for working with creatives—whether art is their livelihood or a deeply personal part of their life. Whether navigating burnout, identity, or the pressures of producing, we create space to reconnect with self and creative spark. A good number of folks I work with are part of the LGBTQIA+ community and are drawn to the affirming, nuanced space we build together. For those who are “talked out” or seeking a more embodied approach, I integrate modalities like EMDR and somatic work to help shift long-held patterns. Outside my private practice, I run Artists Ally, an organization providing counseling and consultation to the film, television, and theater industries. In our work together, my aim is to help you feel more at home in your own skin. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than witnessing someone begin to see their worth and embrace it fully. Together, we’ll work to help you rediscover a sense of self that’s been there all along. It’s deeply meaningful to witness that kind of change—and I’m here for it. |
