​Mindfulness can have an amazing impact on our mental health, happiness and physical well-being. However, learning to stay present is easier said than done. The brain likes to be
anywhere but the present.

​This is why I teach classes and workshops on mindfulness and meditation, where you will learn the basics of mindfulness and practical tips for starting a meditation practice. I also offer guided meditations for individuals and groups, both in person and virtually.
